Normally the annual Liam backyard awesome weather kidfest birthday bash is the culmination of weeks of stress and preparation. Not so this year. Just to mix things up a bit we thought we'd buy another house and put ours on the market.
I first drove past our new house just over a month ago. Since the first mls-email to Steve there has been this sense of building momentum that pretty much nothing could stop. And so, it isn't much surprise to us that less than 24 hours after listing our house we had an accepted full-price offer. C-R-A-Z-Y! One week later and the subjects are off, the SOLD sign is up and we should have the keys to our new house by tomorrow!
Phew! That was fast!
Now begins the fun stuff!! We're moving from an old 1912 house to a newer... 1915 house!!
Ah yes, so begins the next round of renovations!
